Upload your first beat
Create your first beat product, add audio files, set metadata, and make it available in your Banaslap Studio store.
Upload your first beat
After installing Banaslap Studio, activating your license, and connecting Stripe, you can add your first beat to your store.
Each beat can include audio previews, artwork, metadata, license options, downloadable files, and access settings.
Before you start
Make sure you have:
- installed and activated Banaslap Studio;
- activated your Banaslap Studio license;
- connected Stripe if you want to accept payments;
- prepared your beat preview file;
- prepared the files you want to deliver after purchase;
- prepared an artwork image.
Step 1: Open the beat manager
In your WordPress admin, open **Banaslap OS**.
Go to the section where you manage your beats or products.
If your setup uses WooCommerce products, create or edit the product that represents your beat.
Step 2: Add the beat title and artwork
Enter a clear title for your beat.
Add an artwork image so the beat looks professional in your catalog, player, cart, checkout, and customer dashboard.
Recommended artwork format:
- square image;
- high quality;
- clear visual identity;
- no unreadable text.
Step 3: Add the preview audio
Upload or select the preview audio file that customers will hear before buying.
This is the audio used by the Banaslap Studio player, waveform, catalog rows, similar beats, and listening history.
Use a preview file that represents the beat clearly while protecting the full version you sell.
Step 4: Add beat metadata
Fill in the main beat information:
- BPM;
- key;
- genre;
- mood;
- instruments;
- tags;
- duration if available.
Good metadata helps customers filter, search, and understand your catalog.
Step 5: Configure license options
Choose which licenses are available for this beat.
For example:
- MP3;
- WAV;
- stems;
- exclusive license;
- custom license options depending on your setup.
Make sure each license has the correct price and included files.
Step 6: Add downloadable files
Attach the files customers should receive after purchase.
Depending on your license setup, this may include:
- MP3 file;
- WAV file;
- stems archive;
- trackout files;
- license PDF generated after purchase.
Only upload files you are ready to deliver to customers.
Step 7: Choose visibility and access
Decide how the beat should be available:
- public;
- members only;
- VIP Early Access;
- Private Drop;
- hidden or draft while preparing.
If you are just starting, publish the beat publicly first, then configure advanced access later.
Step 8: Publish the beat
Review the title, artwork, audio preview, licenses, files, metadata, and visibility.
Then publish or update the beat.
After publishing, open your store page and confirm the beat appears in the Banaslap Studio catalog.
Step 9: Test the customer experience
Before promoting the beat publicly:
- Open the store page.
- Play the preview.
- Check the waveform.
- Add the beat to the cart.
- Choose a license.
- Verify the price.
- Open checkout.
- Confirm the customer flow looks correct.
