License Grant

Subject to payment and compliance with this Agreement, Banaslap grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Banaslap Studio for your own lawful business or personal website operations.

Starter and Pro access levels may differ by plan. Your permitted access, updates, and features depend on the active subscription associated with your account.

Subscription Term and Active Access

The license remains active while subscription payment succeeds and your account remains in good standing. If payment fails, the subscription ends, or access is terminated for abuse, your right to receive updates, licensed services, or related account access may end or be suspended.

License Restrictions

You may not use Banaslap Studio beyond the rights granted by this Agreement.

• Do not redistribute, sublicense, lease, or resell the plugin or any license access.
• Do not share license keys or account access with unauthorized third parties.
• Do not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code except where law cannot prohibit it.
• Do not remove proprietary notices, branding, or ownership statements where they appear in the software or related materials.

Updates

While your subscription is active, Banaslap may provide updates, fixes, compatibility changes, or improvements. Banaslap is not obligated to maintain any feature, release schedule, or backward compatibility beyond what applicable law requires.

Termination

This license may terminate automatically or by notice if you breach this Agreement, abuse the service, fail to pay applicable fees, or use the software unlawfully.

Upon termination, you must stop using Banaslap Studio and any continued use will be unauthorized.

Intellectual Property Ownership

Banaslap and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to Banaslap Studio, including software code, visual assets, branding, documentation, and all related intellectual property rights.

Except for the limited license expressly granted, no rights are transferred to you.
