This Refund Policy applies to purchases of Banaslap Studio and related digital access sold through the Banaslap website.
All purchases are non-refundable once access to the digital product, download, license key, or service has been provided, except where required by applicable law.
Digital and Downloadable Product Policy
Banaslap Studio is a digital software product delivered through account access, subscription activation, downloads, license access, or related digital services.
Because access can be granted immediately and the product is digital in nature, purchases are generally final once access has been provided, except where required by law.
Subscriptions and Cancellation
You may cancel a monthly or yearly subscription at any time to stop future renewals. Cancellation does not automatically create a refund for the current billing period.
No refund is provided for partial billing periods, unused time, or early cancellation unless required by applicable law or expressly approved by Banaslap.
Limited Exceptions
Banaslap may review certain issues case by case, but is not obligated to grant refunds except where required by law.
- Duplicate payment: if you were charged more than once for the same order or renewal, Banaslap may correct the error and issue an appropriate refund or credit.
- Unresolved technical issue: if a material technical issue prevents reasonable access and Banaslap chooses to approve the case after support review, a refund may be considered case by case.
- Legal rights: nothing in this policy limits non-waivable rights granted under applicable consumer protection law.
How to Request Review
If you believe a charge was made in error or want Banaslap to review a technical issue, contact support@banaslap.com with your order details, account email, and a clear explanation of the issue.
Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund. Banaslap may request additional information before making a decision.
