This Acceptable Use Policy explains the minimum conduct standards for using the Banaslap website and Banaslap Studio.
Use of the service must remain lawful, respectful of third-party rights, and consistent with platform security and integrity.
You may not use Banaslap or Banaslap Studio for illegal activity, unlawful content distribution, sanctions evasion, money laundering, deceptive trade practices, or any conduct that violates applicable law.
You are responsible for the beats, samples, audio files, artwork, metadata, and other materials you upload, sell, distribute, or reference through your own store.
You may not upload or sell content that infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other rights. You are solely responsible for clearing samples and securing all rights needed for your commercial activity.
You may not use the service to submit fraudulent transactions, abuse chargebacks, manipulate payment flows, use stolen payment instruments, or interfere with Stripe-based payment integrity.
You may not upload malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, probe vulnerabilities without permission, interfere with infrastructure, overload the service, or circumvent technical restrictions.
You may not scrape, harvest, excessively query, or automate access in a way that degrades service performance, bypasses intended controls, or exceeds reasonable use.
You may not use Banaslap to support spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, misleading promotions, impersonation, or deceptive customer communications.
Except where law does not allow restriction, you may not reverse engineer or attempt to derive the underlying code, protocols, or confidential implementation details of Banaslap Studio or related services.
Banaslap may investigate suspected abuse and may suspend or terminate access when this policy is violated or when activity creates risk to Banaslap, users, third parties, or payment partners.
