Terms governing access to Banaslap Studio, subscription billing, and use of the Banaslap website.
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Banaslap website and the sale of Banaslap Studio subscriptions. By accessing the website, creating an account, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the website or purchase Banaslap Studio.

Banaslap Studio is a premium WordPress plugin for beatmakers. It is licensed on a subscription basis and is designed to help users sell beats, licenses, memberships, and digital downloads from their own websites.
Any descriptions, screenshots, roadmaps, or feature references are provided for general information and may change over time.
You may need to create an account to purchase, manage, or access Banaslap Studio. You are responsible for providing accurate information and for keeping your credentials confidential.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your account unless you promptly notify Banaslap of unauthorized access.
Banaslap sells Starter and Pro subscriptions with monthly and yearly billing options. Pricing and plan details are shown at checkout or on the pricing page in effect at the time of purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically for the selected billing interval unless canceled before the next renewal date. License access remains active while payment succeeds and the subscription remains in good standing.
Payments are processed through Stripe. By purchasing, you authorize Stripe to charge the selected payment method for the applicable recurring fees, taxes, and any other disclosed charges.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not retroactively reverse charges already incurred for the current billing period, except where required by applicable law.
If a renewal payment fails, access to updates, services, or licensed features may be suspended until payment is successfully completed.
You must use the website and Banaslap Studio lawfully and in compliance with these Terms. You are responsible for the content, commerce activity, licenses, files, samples, rights clearances, and customer-facing statements you publish through your own website.
