Activate your license

Connect your WordPress site to your Banaslap Studio license and unlock the features included in your plan.

Activate your license

Your Banaslap Studio license connects your WordPress site to your Banaslap account.

A valid license is required to activate Banaslap Studio, verify your plan, receive plugin updates, and unlock the correct features for your account.

Before you start

Make sure you have:

  • installed and activated Banaslap Studio on WordPress;
  • access to your Banaslap account;
  • a valid Banaslap Studio license key;
  • administrator access to your WordPress dashboard.

Step 1: Find your license key

Log in to your Banaslap account and open your account dashboard.

Your license information is displayed in the account area. Copy your license key carefully.

Keep your license key private. Do not publish it, share it publicly, or add it to frontend code.

Step 2: Open the license screen in WordPress

In your WordPress dashboard, open the Banaslap Studio admin area and go to the license screen.

Paste your license key into the license field.

Step 3: Activate the license

Click the activation button.

Banaslap Studio will contact the Banaslap API and verify:

  • that the license exists;
  • that the license is active;
  • that your subscription is valid;
  • that your site is allowed for this license;
  • which plan and capabilities should be enabled.

Site activation limit

Each Banaslap Studio license is limited to one WordPress site.

If the license has already been activated on another site, activation may be blocked until the previous site is deactivated or the license is reset.

Subscription status

Your license stays active while your subscription payment is active.

If a payment fails, the license may become inactive or restricted until the payment issue is resolved.

When the subscription becomes active again, the license can be restored according to your account status.

Starter vs Pro activation

Both Starter and Pro activate the core Banaslap Studio experience.

Starter includes:

  • full beat store features;
  • player;
  • checkout;
  • licenses;
  • memberships;
  • secure customer downloads;
  • basic analytics;
  • 10% Banaslap commission on beat sales;
  • 10% Banaslap commission on membership sales.

Pro includes:

  • full beat store features;
  • full advanced analytics;
  • 0% Banaslap commission on beat sales;
  • 0% Banaslap commission on membership sales;
  • 1% service fee per successful transaction;
  • Stripe processing fees charged separately.

Do not describe Pro as “0% fees.” The correct wording is: 0% Banaslap commission, with a 1% service fee per successful transaction, excluding Stripe fees.

Refreshing your license

Banaslap Studio may refresh your license status automatically.

You can also refresh manually from the license screen if your plan changed, your subscription was renewed, or a payment issue was resolved.

Deactivating a license

Use license deactivation when moving Banaslap Studio to another WordPress site.

After deactivation, the current site will no longer be connected to the license.

Troubleshooting

If activation fails, check that:

  • the license key was copied correctly;
  • your subscription is active;
  • the site has not already been activated elsewhere;
  • your WordPress site can make outbound HTTPS requests;
  • your server is not blocking the Banaslap API.

If the issue continues, contact support with your account email and site URL.
