Set up VIP Early Access

VIP Early Access lets you release selected beats to members before they become publicly available.

This is useful if you want to reward paying members, create urgency, or give your most loyal customers the first chance to buy new beats.

Before you start

Make sure you have:

• installed Banaslap Studio;
• activated your Banaslap Studio license;
• created at least one membership plan;
• uploaded at least one beat;
• decided which members should receive early access.

How VIP Early Access works

When VIP Early Access is enabled for a beat, the beat can be visible to eligible members before the public release.

Depending on your setup, VIP members may be able to:

• see the beat early;
• play the preview;
• add it to the cart;
• buy a license;
• download files if their membership includes downloads.

Customers who are not eligible should not receive early access.

Step 1: Choose the membership plan

In your WordPress admin, open **Banaslap OS**.

Go to the membership plan that should receive VIP Early Access.

Enable VIP Early Access for that plan if the option is available.

Step 2: Choose the beat

Open the beat you want to release early.

This should be a beat that is not meant to be fully public yet.

Step 3: Enable Early Access on the beat

In the beat access settings, choose **VIP Early Access** or the equivalent early access option.

Set the early access period if your setup supports a start or end date.

Step 4: Review who can access it

Check that the correct membership plan has access.

Only members attached to the selected plan should be able to see or access the beat early.

Step 5: Publish or update the beat

Save your changes.

Then open your store page while logged in as an eligible member and confirm that the beat appears.

Also check the store as a non-member or logged-out visitor to make sure the beat is not available too early.

Step 6: Test the customer flow

Before announcing the early access drop:

1. Log in as a VIP member.
2. Open the store page.
3. Confirm the beat is visible.
4. Play the preview.
5. Add the beat to the cart.
6. Choose a license.
7. Verify checkout opens correctly.
8. Confirm the customer dashboard shows access correctly after purchase.

Best practices

Use VIP Early Access for selected releases, not for every beat.

A good workflow is:

• upload the beat;
• configure licenses and files;
• enable VIP Early Access;
• announce the early access window;
• later make the beat public if needed.

Keep the early access window clear so members understand when they have priority access.

Troubleshooting

VIP members cannot see the beat

Check that the membership plan has VIP Early Access enabled and that the beat is assigned to early access.

Non-members can see the beat too early

Check the beat visibility and access settings. Make sure it is not set to public.

The beat appears but cannot be purchased

Check that the beat has active license options and that Stripe is connected.

The beat does not appear after publishing

Check that the beat is published, not saved as a draft, and that the access period is active.
